During this activation session, a magnificent work took place on the shoulders, neck, and heart. We released old memories, deeply anchored in our cells, which taught us to "do our homework before playing"—conditions transmitted by family, school, or even in the professional context.

These beliefs have led us to always put work first, relegating joy to the background... to the point of sometimes forgetting it altogether. The result: tension, mental overload, and rigidity of body and heart.

In this activation, we have come to untie these knots, awaken fluidity, and above all reactivate the frequency of joy.

A return to oneself, to the inner child, to that spontaneous and living part which knows the play, the lightness and the magic of the present moment.
